The Safe Homes Program is a grant funded program designed to provide low-income seniors and people with disabilities with low barrier, high impact home modifications that will allow their homes to be a safer and more accessible space.  By providing ramps, grab bars, comfort-height toilets, stairlifts, walk-in showers and much more, those in need can feel safer and more independent in their homes. This is a free service for those who meet eligibility requirements.
